  5. @creativereason I found the accnt on an old ticket; There are a lot of T3 timeouts on the modem log, probably need to send a tech.

  7. Home DSL had been down. PacBell reset the DSLAM line card and it came back. Tech guy also came and replaced 10yr old modem (signal too weak)

  10. I just had a #Charter tech out here last week and now my net is freaking out. Random lights going on and off on modem.
