  6. @comcastbonnie the usual; drops out constantly, becomes unusably slow, modem has to be reset every other day. I call, tech comes out…

  8. @VerizonSupport Tech support guy is running a 24hr test of some kind. Said it has to do with the DSL connection on the modem
  9. It pains me to know that the tech guy cries too RT @mike_tee Waaahh wifi modem fail. Freezes after 23 minutes, to the exact. I want to cry.
  10. @StarHubCares The last time the tech guy came before I recontracted; his solution was a wireless modem. It’s either pay or pay, dayum.
