Home DSL had been down. PacBell reset the DSLAM line card and it came back. Tech guy also came and replaced 10yr old modem (signal too weak)

  4. I find it ridiculous their own tech support didn’t know what model of modem they supply. YIKES!!
  5. @SteveLilley so the tech is trying to find a separate router from the modem for you?
  6. @brofessional If your modem keeps disconnecting, more than likely you’ll need a service tech. DM your BHN Acct# if you need help with that.
  7. @VerizonSupport Had to buy a new modem/router – old one died! Tech support very helpful when I called to set up. Thanks!
  8. @ComcastDete Hello, Don’t suppose you could tell me dig. voice modem being used. Tech and cust device didn’t know, said I had to rent.
  9. is having net problems and should be back tomorrow afternoon, stupid modem is having TROUBLE grrr Tech support will be here tomorrow AM
  10. So glad @sonicnet is my isp! Connection out, call tech support, talk to a local person, drive over, get modem tested, leave with a loaner
