Home DSL had been down. PacBell reset the DSLAM line card and it came back. Tech guy also came and replaced 10yr old modem (signal too weak)

- I find it ridiculous their own tech support didn’t know what model of modem they supply. YIKES!!

- @brofessional If your modem keeps disconnecting, more than likely you’ll need a service tech. DM your BHN Acct# if you need help with that.

- So glad @sonicnet is my isp! Connection out, call tech support, talk to a local person, drive over, get modem tested, leave with a loaner
